Cenote Diving
(Playa del Carmen)
Cenotes are a unique natural phenomenon in the Riviera Maya. Freshwater caves and caverns in the middle of the jungle, which are easy to access, guarantee perfect conditions every time, and provide a surreal diving experience unmatched by any other!
The cenote dives are unique to our region and accessible for any certified diver (From Open Water Diver).
Between Playa del Carmen and Tulum, about 18 cenotes are easy to access and open to any certified diver. Each one is slightly different from the other.
We can find various rock formations, light effects, coral fossils, stalactites, stalagmites, fish, and exceptional vegetation.
